Lobby details
Let your MP know that you are coming
Write to your MP to say that you are coming to Westminster as part of a mass lobby on the 25 June 2013. This means that they are expecting you and can arrange to have time free to see you.
Your MP can be contacted via http://findyourmp.parliament.uk/.
Where we meet
A lobby of Parliament comes to St. Stephen's Entrance initially, half way along the House (see map).
What happens next
Members of the lobby enter at a search point and go into Westminster Hall and up to the circulating lobby which is where they meet their MPs.
Only 100 people are allowed into the circulating lobby at a time as it is not big enough, so some people may have to wait outside, depending on the number of people lobbying.
Banners, placards, etc.
While outside members of the lobby may have banners, placards, and so forth. However, on entering banners, placards, flags, leaflets and t-shirts with slogans on must all be left at the entry point.
Stewards
The Stewards must arrive half an hour before for a briefing, they come to St. Stephen's Entrance and are briefed inside Westminster Hall.
This means that Stewards will need to arrive by 2.00 p.m. to be ready for 2.30 p.m. to welcome everyone else arriving.
The Stewards will wear armbands.
