Miranda Castro FSHom CCH

 

Miranda Castro trained in Britain and has been in practice since 1983 and writing and teaching about homeopathy since 1988.

 

She is a prolific writer with a reputation for being able to discuss both complex and sensitive issues in an approachable, interesting and informative style. IShe has published three books and is a regular contributor to both professional homeopathic journals and popular publications dealing with complementary health matters and homeopathy.

 

She teaches and gives talks about homeopathy to the lay public and interested health care professionals, including groups of midwives, nurses, counselors and doctors.  She has also developed a program of supervision specifically to meet the emotional and more practical needs of the professional homeopath. This has been incorporated into the curriculum of several homeopathic teaching establishments in the UK.

 

Since 1994 she has lived in the USA, teaching at Bastyr Naturopathic University for 5 years and running a private practice.  Between 2000 and 2002 she worked with Kent Homeopathic Associates, creators of MacRepertory and ReferenceWorks.  From 2002 until 2006 she was active in the Florida Health Freedom movement and, as well as teaching and presenting, has been a consultant and written for Homeopathy Today (the magazine of the National Center for Homeopathy).  She currently teaches and practices in Gainesville (Florida).

Jeremy Sherr  B.ac

 

Jeremy was born in South Africa and grew up in Israel.  He began formal studies at the London College of Homoeopathy in 1980.  Jeremy completed a degree simultaneously in acupuncture at the International College of Oriental Medicine, but he practises homeopathy exclusively.  He has taught at most British homeopathic colleges and in 1987 founded the Dynamis School, with the now longest running post-graduate homeopathy course in the UK.  Jeremy was awarded a fellowship from the Society of Homeopaths in 1991 and a PhD from Medicine Alternative.  He is a member of the North American Society of Homoeopaths, and a honorary professor of Yunan Medical College, Kunming, China.
